Hired to chip the brush from seven trees that I cut down and they did a very good job in a timely fashion. I would surely recommend them.

my yard looked terrible after they were done.

I have been working for this Company going on a Year an a half now an havent had a Problem regarding pay or being Mistreated. We Do Professional Work an Have the Proper equipment to do so. We Havent Had a Complaint since I started here.

We just tried RK Lawn Service for the very first time and it will be the only time. Not only did the lawn “pro” try to negotiate a higher payment than was listed in the booking, but he also did not follow the instructions. I had left a note in the booking to leave the certified flowers on the property alone and even pointed it out to him when we did a walkthrough of the property beforehand.

This should not have been an issue—it should not be hard for a "pro" to follow a "do not touch" instruction that would result in him having less work to do.
He leveled everything to the ground, including every flower and bush on the property and did not properly bag everything, so now our yard looks like a disaster area.

We highly encourage those who are considering using this company to go elsewhere.

When we called and they called me very racist word, and told me to go back to Africa.

Unacceptable.
