  Do you're homework ahead of time. Our zone valves weren't working right so we had River City Irrigation come out to take a look. They ended up replacing all 15 of the diaphragms in our system at over twice the fare retail value. Unlike what their website says we did not get a price quote ahead of time. Afterwards I did some research and found out that these parts need to be cleaned over time (look it up online) When I called to question the bill I was asked why I called them in the first place if I knew so much? I was promised a call from the owner but hadn't received one in over a week. Our service call pretty much amounted to highway robbery.

  I had an emergency situating today with two cut Irrigation pipes. I had first stopped by River City Lawnscape located just down the road from my home and was told that they had the pipe but wouldn't sell it to me, and I should buy it online or ask River City Irrigation. So I went to River City Irrigation. They were incredibly helpful, listened to me, and understood my predicament. I was out the door in 10 minutes with everything I needed to end my stressful day. They have a customer for life. Great service, great people. They treated me like a neighbor. I won't forget them going above and beyond. *Highly Recommend.

  They installed my irrigation system in May and my yard had sod already installed. I was concerned about damage to my lawn. After the sprinkler install the yard still looked great. The crew was careful and left me a diagram of my yard where it showed the lines and sprinklers. Highly recommend them
