  Been using Rivas for lawn care & snow removal for 10+ years. Started using them for property management and housekeeping also, and they are excellent. Responsive, do a great job, able to help with any problem. Need firewood--they do it. Sprinkler problem--they fix that too. Armando runs a great business.

  I have worked with Rivas for many years with regard landscape maintenance and snow removal. They have always been responsive, responsible, and professional. I believe their prices are a good value and would recommend them.
