  We recently had Cesar come in and completely redo our commercial property and can I just say it was amazing work! Came in with a smile did our estimate which came out to be a very low price. And even fixed our sprinkler control box for free! He was very professional and his workers worked very hard. I’m glad I chose Cesar because he was the man fit for the job! He had so many ideas and ways to make the property look 100% better. I might even hire him to do my own home!

  My wife and I purchased a new home and the backyard is just dirt so we needed a landscaper to customize the whole thing, concrete, grass, tress, fire pit, you name it. Cesar came out and had amazing ideas and said he would have some design ideas drawn up in a week or two. Well it's been 7 weeks so my wife tried to contact Cesar, said he had been working on it but wouldn't have a firm price until the fences we up. We said that was okay, were more interested in his ideas and a ballpark figure would do. Now he won't answer any of our calls or texts. Guess he doesn't need the work so we will find someone who wants the job

  DO NOT USE RIVAS LANDSCAPING...POOR RATING...After getting 4 Landscapers quotes, my husband and I had Cesar Landscape our front yard about 1 year ago... we are still waiting for him to come back and replace the dead plant from last May. Now three more plants have died. We have to hire another landscaper to fix things. Thet irrigation, was not done correctly and we now need to rearange it. Because he did not put down weed barror, he said we would not need it, I had to pay someone $500.00 to remove all the bark and put down weed barrior about 2 months after the job was done, weeds everywhere. As far as pricing, be very careful, he gave us an estimated quote, not in writting. Then durning the project said we did not include the front strip between the sidewald and the street so it was $500.00 more, then an additional $300.00 to run irrication hose along 60 feet of my back fence. The front strip and the hose was to be included in the job and was talked about in the contract drawing. No contract in writting, just sign the drawing. After all said and done Cesor cost about %1000.00 more than any other estimate. So, if you don't like supriseS THAT COST $$$ and if you waNT follow up... DON'T USE Rivas Landscaping.
