  Great service! Rick told me when I called ahead that he could get my machine back to me within a few days but when I arrived to drop it off asked if I wanted to just wait and he would take care of me immediately. Had me serviced and loaded back up in less than half an hour, and machine ran well when I got it home. Charged me less than I was expecting, and told me how to avoid the same problem in the future. I plan to use him again.
