  Great customer service and very helpful. Fixed a brand new Stihl Farm Boss for me that I purchased from Ace Hardware in Liberty Ky. The dealer wouldn not fix my saw without charging me a shop charge and it was brand new under warranty. I called this business and explained my situation and they told me to bring it on down and they'd be happy to help me. After just a few minutes they returned the saw to me and it was running exactly the way it was supposed too. I highly recommend this place because they are very friendly and helpful and they treat the customers right.

  Richard does a terrific job and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg like some people do. I recommend taking all of your power equipment to Richards lawn equipment. He also does a terrific job on Stihl products as well. This guy knows what he is doing. I've been taking my equipment to him for years.

  Really friendly people, for sales and service. I had bought my Stihl chainsaw elsewhere and Richard's is such a breath of fresh air/friendliness compared to other Stihl shops I've been to.
