I can't say how they do the lawn because that they never did my lawn. I'm rating their customer service since I left multiple messages through out 3 weeks and they never got back to me after saying to call back for an appointment. I would understand if they told me they were full of customers atm and they can't take on any more clients like many other lawn services I talked to said. It was rude to just right out ignore me.
