  Was working on an air conditioner in Mcdonald today and one of the workers blew by me with a wees whacker while I was working less that a foot away. No guard on, threw all the clippings and whatever else all over me. Their workers are careless and reckless and have no regard to anything or anyone. I tried to call to to voice a complaint but as soon as they answered and I said hello, they hung up. Wish I could give this place a zero for the star rating.

  They do not listen on simple instructions on how or what I'm paying them to do, they have new people every week and and there regular guys say that because they hire and jackass that shows up and says they will work. If I could give less than 1 star I would this group is a bunch of clowns, crack heads and heroin addicts .And when I contacted the owner/management they said well your grass is cut isn't it .what more do you want, what's it matter who's does it ..I would not recommend using this company there is plenty of other options,They will not be doing anything for me..

  Horrible customer service!!! A grass cutting crew from this company was cutting my neighbors yard and the one weed eating came into my yard and cut down my pepper plants, brussel sprouts and strawberries.. they were clearly marked with white markers and the strawberries were behind landscaping stones. On Saturday when this happened I called the company and spoke with a woman who said she would mail me out a check. Here it is now Thursday and I still haven't received it. So I stopped down to see what was going on with it and spoke to Brian, he was very rude, he called the woman and asked her if she had mailed it out, she said yeah she mailed it yesterday.. I said this happen on Saturday why did it take so long to mail it out his response was "you can't mail things out on Saturday" I said it should of never happened in the first place and he said accidents happen, don't know what to tell you.. well last time I checked there are these blue boxes on the side of the road that let you mail things out on the weekend and the guy who cut my stuff down "accidentally" came into my yard and cut my plants" that was clearly marked.. I don't think so!!
