  We do not recommend doing business with this company. They have been relieved as our HOA provider due to their poor quality and service issues. They put the health, safety and property in our neighborhood at risk. Here's how: They put the health of residents at risk by knowingly landscaping over sewer manholes. This caused significant problems and required county health officials to come out to rectify. They put the safety of residents at risk by parking non working service vehicles in such a way as to block emergency services vehicles from reaching a person in need. They put property at risk by having poor to no knowledge of drainage issues, leading to flooding on properties. Additionally they have shown a lack of knowledge of tree planting and maintenance, they have used poor sodding materials and poor application techniques causing significant delays and repeated visits to amend. They have poor knowledge of detention pond service that has led to significant issues with stormwater in the neighborhood. Finally they have been verbally abusive to residents, and have been non-responsive to many complaints and issues In conclusion, this company is far over their heads in terms of staffing, knowledge and equipment when it comes to landscaping. They cannot be recommended to provide service at this time.
