I have not had my garbage picked up since the middle of January. Only one week of bad weather. I called and was told it would be picked up. I paid for February and Monday is the 28th. I paid for service and got none. I am not happy and when I talked to someone he someone would call me and did not. I will find another company...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! When we first started service the$50 delivery fee for a can was absurd. When I got my first bill it was in no way what I was told. I was charged for service, can, fuel and environmental charge and admin fee. I was NOT told about these other fees. My last bill was astronomical and the first reasoning was I used a competitors can which I did not. Then after the third call I was told I it was overage charge because my lid did not shut. I tried to pay and cancel but was told a new bill had to be done. After three attempts to pay my bill was finally ready. They charged me $30 late fee, even tho I tried to pay way before the bill was due, $30 to pick up the can PLUS fuel charge to pick up the can, PLUS the bogus overage charge, PLUS fuel and environmental fee on the bogus coverage. To close this and pay the final bill was over $100. The employee closing the account was rude and just a miserable human being. This company is a rip off.

I have been with this company for over 6 years and always was able to use one of my own trash cans and one of theirs. They damaged my personal trash can and then stopped recently taking my personal trash can and only picking up theirs. They don’t send out police changes and when you call customer service they are not pleasant to talk to and don’t rush to fix issues for their long time customers. Just canceled with them for lack of professionalism. They suck and will NEVER use again.
