  They have a scam artist as a manager working for them. He stole thousands of dollars of wages from subcontractors and has many judgements against him that he refuses to pay. Not good business ethics to have a scammer working for you.

  I hired Reliable Property Services 2 years ago to handle all of the lawn care for a large apartment community in West Des Moines. They have NOT disappointed. They are usually one step ahead of me on things which is great, and beings it's a large property there are some things missed at times, which is expected, but they are VERY responsive at getting them taken care of as soon as I contact them, and they do so without any hassles. They sincerely do their job with pride and keep the property looking great. We also use them for snow removal and have had zero issues with that.
