  Buyer beware: Do not buy used equipment from this company. They Do NOT back what they sell. This is only the second time I have purchased a riding tractor/zero-turn. We had the tractor for only a few weeks and less than 3 hours of use, the mower was spewing oil all over the place. They offer to fix the mower at my expense and I still had to pay for the pickup/delivery. Once it leaves their lot, they provide NO support. I had purchased a used zero-turn from Stewarts Mowers in Spring Grove. After a few weeks it broke down and the constant smell of gas we didn’t/couldn’t operate this mower anymore, and Stewarts came and pick up the mower and gave us credit towards another zero-turn. They back what they sell new or used. We would have bought from them again, but they didn’t have anything used at the time. But Redwell repair could care less about used equipment. DO NOT buy a used tractor or anything from the

  Robert, We value all of our customers and do what we can to keep them happy. With that being said, you were told that our used equipment is sold "as is with no warranty" We never got the chance to see the tractor again, so we have no idea what the issue is with the unit. We would have liked to see the tractor, but you wanted to take it to some one closer to you and I understand that. We service our used equipment and replace anything questionable, but if a gasket or oil seal blows out that is not something you can see before hand. We sell a lot of used equipment under the same "as is, no warranty" policy and never have any complaints. I hope you understand, as we do value all of our customers.

  Highly recommend Redwell Repair. Purchased a 54” Toro Titan Zero-turn mower in their busiest season and still received excellent customer service from Dave and the team. Very happy with the performance of the Titan as well.
