  Great experience purchasing a Riding Lawnmower. I was shown how to operate the mower as well as how to maintain it. I asked if it could be delivered and they did so about an hour later. Service with a smile describes my experience, I will give them my business anytime.

  Walked in and cattle dog came running up to me acting like it wanted to be petted. I reached down and dog bit me, causing me to start bleeding pretty good. I was offered a bandaid and no apology, gave them a piece of my mind and walked out.

  Thank you for bringing to light your poor experience Donald, and we apologize again. Since the incident, we have been working on ways to prevent this from happening to anyone else. We have added a warning sign to the door asking people to not pet the dog and trying our best to not have the Black and White dog at the store. We understand your panic and frustration with the experience and hope your finger is doing better.

  The snows are great people and they work to run an honest business. The mechanic on duty is knowledgeable and timely. I have done business here since opening my lawn and tree maintenance business and this is the only place I take my equipment to be repaired or to ask questions.
