  As a busy Landlord, it’s imperative to have a landscape professional who is a great communicator, responsive, pro-active - a company that treats your property as if it were their own. They send photos when I’m traveling, text me to keep me informed, and weatherproof my home before and after the cold season… this company just never fails. I can’t say enough good things about them. Keep up the great work!

  Those pictures were taken right after they left. The owner sent an invoice on 8/23. I received this email from him on 9/9. BTW the invoice is for 1 week at $45.00 “Here is your invoice for the previous month. When you contacted me to provide the service, you agreed to pay for this service. If you don't pay the invoice, I'm putting a lien on your property. You have been warned. “ Update: I only met this person to mow my lawn. I’ve never been engaged in any real estate transaction with this person. Additionally, I was the one that asked IMMEDIATLY for the invoice.

  Customer never intended to pay. Smelled of wine at 11am. Posted only "Before" photos. A typical LYING scumbag real estate agent. Scammer and Grifter.
