  I hired RC Lawns to winterize my irrigation system. I was hoping they would complete the job before we left for Arizona for the winter. They did not get to it until we were gone, so I was unable to observe their work. I did, however, see from my surveillance video that they did come out to do the job while we were gone. They plugged in an electric air compressor to blow out the water in the lines. In doing so, they tripped a breaker. They then plugged the compressor in to another circuit and tripped that breaker as well. I have no idea if the job was ever completed before the second breaker tripped. The worst part is that when I returned a month later, I found my refrigerator and storage freezer had both been off because of the tripped breakers. I lost hundreds of dollars in food, not to mention the smell of the rotted food that may never come out. I left messages as well as emails, asking for an explanation as to whether they completed the job and also asked why did they not bother to tell me about the tripped breakers. I have had no response from my messages and they do not answer their phone. Very unprofessional.

  Roberto and his crew have been taking care of our property for the past 5 years. Everyone is friendly and kind and their quality of work is beyond good. The company does excellent work and have kept our place looking clean and nice. Thank you for your service, RC Lawns!
