  The state made a terrible mess of my front yard. As a result, water now runs in rivulets under my house causing pillars to unsettle and a great deal of destruction. My driveway washes. I have to relocate my hen house due to the state's negligence leading to standing water. A supervisor, Kerry Lemoine, has been here twice and agreed to have his men create a diversion. I have yet to see this. I just had a foundation man repair as best he could. This is the third time in 14 years that I have paid thousands of dollars trying to clean up the state of Louisiana's mess in my front yard. HELP.
