I want to make sure that you know what a great job your crew has done. Each and every one of them has been great. They are all so polite and each one always has a smile on his face. They are a delight to work with. A special shout out for Jon, he does a wonderful job with the crew. He does a great job teaching them and his personality is just what you would want from a foreman. I was in customer service management all of my career. So I have high expectations that are rarely met. John went way above and beyond what I needed. It is a pleasure to work with amazing people. Y’all are lucky to have them, as it is truly a rare occurrence these days. Thank you!!

Chris. W. was our Rainscapes technician for this spring startup. We were really impressed. He did the most thorough review and adjustment we have seen in 25 years of service for our home irrigation system. He checked every head and adjusted the nozzles and straightened all that very not aligned correctly. He also pointed out some minor repairs that were needed and took care of those while he was here. He also gave me advice about use of the app for controlling the system. Look forward to seeing him back when we need our next service.

Our Service person, Steve was great! He knew exactly what to do and took care of it. Pricing was fair too. You were recommended to us by Native Design who installed our water sprinkler system. You must be pretty good if another landscaping company recommends your company!
