I tried to hire this business to put up my Christmas lights as advertised on their website. There was no phone number listed, which I found odd, but I sent them an email. It took a bit to get a response and, after a couple correspondences back and forth, he never replied further. I went elsewhere to have the lights installed.

I am sorry for the way this made you feel. This is not how our business leaves customers. That holiday weekend/week was extremely hectic around the house with no school or daycare available. I'd like to make things right for you and allow you to experience what sets us apart from others. If there are any Services you need done. I'd love to extend the offer of 30 percent off any job you need done that we can do. That will not disqualify our normal discount for elderly, disabled or veteran if those apply to you.
