  I called looking for a part this morning because the Jackson dealership gave me their info on Saturday saying they had 3 in stock. So before making the hour trip, I wanted to make sure they had it. The man that answered in parts told me they didn't have what I needed. As I was asking for help locating one, the man hung up on me. I called back since I just assumed we got disconnected, when he answered I told him we got disconnected, he told me no we didn't get disconnected that he hung up 😯 then he hollered and asked me if I wanted the part or not!!?? (The part that he doesn't even have) Then hung up on me again!!! I wouldn't buy a pack of bubblegum from these people!! Terrible customer service, I will be letting Kubota know who is representing them!!
