If Khalim Yularnist does not like he sees he will cancel without any notice to you and simply not show up. Was scheduled to come out for lawn service. The company the landlord hired just vanished so the lawn was longer than usual and we expected to be charged extra. Khalim Yularnist came out the day he was scheduled, looked around, and was never heard from again. It is not even a big yard.
