  I think our $7,000 project was too small for them to care about. It took them weeks to return my call requesting that they come out to give an estimate. The actual estimate provided no details about how the work would be done and the materials to be used. Yes, these details should have been nailed down at the time the estimate was prepared but weren't so we placed a follow-up call asking for clarifications on the estimate. We never heard from them again. Skip this company if you want good service but you have a small residential project.
