We had an estimate and paid for dead plants to be removed. Instead, they were simply cut back. Consequently, there are still dead plants which need to be removed by someone else. Although I called and left a message to discuss the matter, that message was ignored. A refund is warranted, but since no one will contact me, I believe that is a moot point at this time.
