Would never do any business with this company again my tractor was at another quality equipments dealer where damage occurred to the shifter trying to diagnose a problem then with the Kinston store they wanted to charge over $3,000 to fix the problem to other dealer caused and replace two fittings that actually fixed the problems which I've had to tell them what to replace to fix the problem and then wanted to argue with me over warranty or not when the loader problems is still under warranty considering the loader is less than a year old very rude with me about the bill had to call corporate office now to refusing to ever work on my tractor again. Also as far as to build a front of me with never give me a estimate on repairs or approval for the repairs so if it wasn't something covered under warranty they decided to fix it and charge for it which is poor business ship. Their regular wear and tear and their response is them demolishing to joystick only wish I could post a video of the joystick about to fall off the tractor

Mr. Nichols - Thank you for letting us know about your concerns. We take such claims very seriously and are continuously working to improve our customers' experiences. I believe you would agree that employees at the store and corporate levels have all tried to work with you for the past 6 months. Your tractor's warranty expired in June 2019, so while your loader's warranty is still active, we cannot use that to cover the cost of damage on the tractor, which had occurred via regular wear and tear, as well as operator error. You have called our staff untrained, incompetent liars, and we have still tried to work with you because we want to ensure that our customer's equipment is running at optimal performance. You were not presented with a $3,000 invoice; we're not sure if there was some confusion or miscommunication, but this did not happen. We thought the matter was resolved after you apologized to our Service Manager yesterday and signed the reduced invoice. I'm sorry that it was not. We feel confident that we have done everything on our end to try to appease your concerns, and we wish you all of the best going forward.
