  My review comes only after my first service. This company was the only one who answered their phone from the 20+ companies I called. They also get back to you very quickly if you have to leave a voicemail. They spent at least an hour doing my yard. I was so happy because I felt that they took the time to do it as if we did it ourselves- which is hard now that my husband is deployed. They even took the time to clean up my shrubs and palm tree out front. I look forward to using this company from here on out!

  I hired Pyramid in August of 2020. They did a great job with my front and back yard initially. Over the last few months they skipped my yard 8 weeks, and tried to bill me for the full amount that would be due if they came every week. When I brought that issue to their attention, they always assumed responsibility, until the last bill, where they had billed me for 4 weeks where they did not come. A good business should be able to keep accurate records and charge their clients accordingly. I shouldn’t have to dispute every invoice.

  Pyramid receives my highest possible recommendation. We used various lawn care companies from the LawnStarter app for 2 years before finding Jose and Byron at Pyramid. Thank goodness. They are absolutely incredible! Thorough, consistent, professional and outstanding in every way. Before our son’s wedding this week I wanted everything to be perfect. At the last minute I decided everything (lots of garden beds at our home!) needed mulching and I couldn’t possibly fit it in. Pyramid Lawn Services, who do our weekly mowing came in and did a phenomenal job. Juan oversaw the work to make sure it was perfect. They are worth every penny. THANK YOU Jose and Byron and crew!!
