  Theses folks are now my go-to realestate agency on the island. In a recent deal, they went above and beyond take sure we closed on a parcel listed with another office. Not only did they exceed my expectations but I was also amazed at the tenacity of these folks. The listing agent (another realtor) screwed up again and again but Providence Properties was able to manage the exchange with the previous owner and listing agent with ease.
