  We've used Protek Pest control services for over 14 years and wouldn't think of changing to anyone else. Their customer service is top notch and their pricing is fair, this is a well managed company, very professional and personable.

  In August I hired them to resod lawn and install sprinklers. They were great from start. Quick and profesional. Josh was great at explaining system. Unfortunatly not all the grass took. I reached out to them to see if I could replace the dead sod. They said they would replace the sod. Understandable that hurricane Irma came and there would be a delay. I reached out to them and they said after clean up I was at top of list. It is now middle of October and have not herd back from them. I guess now I have to find someone else to replace the dead squares of sod that make my beautiful new lawn look bad. Very disappointed!!! Not professional at all on the follow up at least!
