  Edit* Credit where it's due, ProMark did contact me, and responded to my first response to their response, still waiting to see if I get a follow up on my follow up. Unfortunately this contact, while very polite (which was a pleasant change from being talked down to by employees and ignored by management) did not result in a satisfactory conclusion to the issues presented below, and I would still strongly recommend seeking out a different company for any of your landscaping needs, one that doesn't accept third party permission to work on a homeowner's property without talking to all parties involved. They did work on our property without homeowner permission. The work was poorly done, straw and plastic was left everywhere with no plans to retrieve it and they refuse to respond to any of my attempts to contact them. It's been months.

  Promark landscapers came to our home and did an exceptional job on our flower beds. I would highly recommend them!! They are professional ....on time...I had contact with the office of when they were expected to arrive. A great experience. I give them an A+
