Be aware that you will not only have to pay for return shipping if you make a mistake ordering, but you will also have to pay for the original shipping (taken out of your refund).  You may have to call more than once to get your refund.  I really wanted to do business with these folks.  If you do order, you should probably thoroughly discuss your order with them personally, before ordering, to make sure it is correct.  You may have to call more than once for that, too.  I would have exchanged, if they had the correct part, but they did not, thus requiring the refund.

Through your negative review you admittedly blamed yourself for ordering the wrong part and then blame us because we didn't lose money on shipping the item to you?? I guess the company sending what YOU order should be responsible to just lose money because you made a mistake? Come on people. If we screw up, we eat it, if you screw up you eat it. That is just life. I wouldn't expect anybody to be out of a dollar because of MY error much less go and leave them a negative review.
