  Called to get service and told me I couldn't get only Lawn mowing service, and would have to pay for a bunch of additional things I did not need. Horrible Business model

  Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we don't offer just the mowing service. We are a full service lawn & landscape maintenance company that works with our customers to create better curb appeal through a variety of maintenance services.

  They were at my neighbors here in Mattoon cutting a small tree down. I work night so when I woke up and went outside they had left two tarps of chopped up branches and leaves in my yard. They pulled them from her back yard and just left them in my yard. Time to put no trespassing signs up I guess.

  My apologies happened. We will make a note on the customers account to be more aware of the property lines when performing work. If the crew needs to leave to haul away debris, I will remind them to make sure everything is cleaned up before leaving.

  We recently switched to Pro-Mow at Vesuvius in Charleston. The plant’s lawn and landscaping had been left to minimal upkeep and to be honest it looked like the place was on the verge of closing. Scott and his team gave us a good rate and excellent customer service to get us back to looking presentable. If professionalism is what you are seeking these guys can help.
