  Spoke on the phone with a man using the number listed here. He quoted me for the service and said he could mow the requested lawn the next morning at 10:00, and asked me to text him the address. I asked him to respond to the text confirming the quote and the time. I only got a notification that my message was read, but no response. Oh well, I figured they were busy. ... The next day around 11:49 I said "Hi! Were you able to go out there today?" which was read, but not responded to. I put a question mark on the message about an hour later, still no response. Texted my clients at the house to finally learn that, no, they had not gone as promised. At 4 pm (6 hours after promised work) they responded: "We were not. Tomorrow we will for sure." The exact same thing happened the next day. Nobody came, I asked at 1:00 when I learned nobody had gone out there, "When are you going today?" which was, once AGAIN, read and not responded to. An absolute waste of my time. Can't for the life of me figure out how they have 5 stars if they don't even show up for the job, much less communicate. Anybody have a better recommendation?

  I called the owner yesterday after a mix up about me being scheduled and he was out there first thing this morning taking care of it. It was way past due for a cut but now my dog can actually enjoy the backyard again. I would highly recommend these guys for all your lawn care services! Thank you for the quick response

  they don't use a mower with a bag. so the dead grass is just left on the yard and the neighbors yard. doesn't look good. NOT professional. communicated via text message. when making my appointment he asked me what I would pay instead of telling me how much his services cost. when making a second appointment he said he could "fit me in" but that he needs more money or else it wasn't worth it. then i agreed to pay the higher price but then they NEVER SHOWED UP. when asked the next day, they said they are to busy to take me as a customer.. these people are flakey and unreliable. I rent and will get in trouble by the landlord/ HOA if my lawn isn't perfect. so i would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I would trust a kid to do it before these people.
