After fighting our lawn for over a decade we decided to give Pristine a shot. They worked with us on price, which we really appreciated. But best of all, our lawn looked the best it ever has! It was lush, green, and FINALLY didn’t have all the annoying crabgrass everywhere. We had tried other services in the past, but were never satisfied. We are very happy with the results and plan to stick with them in the future.

I just recently hired Pristine Green to take care of my lawn care and pest needs. I have been nothing but happy with their service and product. They hold themselves to a high professional level and have treated me with great respect and honestly about everything I needed. They do a great job and go above and be beyond what anyone else does, and I would highly recommend them.

They did a very great job with my lawn care service. Also the customer service was extremely helpful with rearranging a time to come over. Also enjoyed how they were locally owned and not a big corporation, which is why I had such an easy time with the customer service. You can get in contact with someone straight away. Highly recommend them. Only have had great experiences with them.

The first year’s service seemed decent but the second year was sub par. We were calling for weed removal frequently and pulling plenty ourselves. What became the reasons for our cancelation were their bait-and-switch tactics on billing higher prices than what was contracted, duplicating our account and double charging us randomly, harassing us with texts concerning phantom overdue balances (though our account was not, especially now that we’ve canceled last month), and generally losing the trust that they have our billing info. PristineGreen desperately needs to hire real accountants. If raising their rates 33% from last year because they were “too busy last year” doesn’t weed out their customer base, their billing practices certainly will.

After fighting grubs, brown spots, dandelions and thistles for years I decided to try Pristine. They told me they would make it look like a golf course and they did. All of the aforementioned problems are gone. My yard is absolutely beautiful. I strongly recommend Pristine.

They just came out today for a first application. In all of my interactions with them so far they have been very friendly and professional. So far, they have gone the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied.

They started treatment on my lawn 2 months ago.  They have been out 3 times, and I still have massive weeds in my grass.  I will be cancelling my service.

We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our services. Our herbicides are the best on the market. Some in-lawn weeds can be tricky to get rid of, it’s a tight rope walk to get rid of all the weeds in a lawn without damaging the lawn itself.

Also, we saw your pictures, your lawn should definitely look much nicer than that. Many of our happy customers on your street, Redman St, have perfectly green, lush lawns, with no weeds. From the pictures, it seems as if your lawn may not be getting enough water in some spots. The July and August heat is definitely hard on the lawn. Lawns need watered every night for 30 minutes and sometimes even one watering during the day to cool down.
