  I have used this company for the past 2 years to cut the grass at a home we rent. They have had their share of issues as they could not hire sufficient individuals to service their clients. They have neglected our job, stating that they did not receive our check when in fact their manager neglected to attach the bill to an email she sent to me. once I spoke to her she sent me another email attaching a bill which included 2 cuts for August which were not done. I contacted them and was told that they received my check but that in order for them to cut the grass now, as we are moving out ,we needed to leave a check in the mailbox. Considering they were never stuck for a dime, I thought that was very poor business stating that "money was their moto, not customer service. I indicated to the manager that I was hospitalized at the moment and would get the check to her. she did not care and stated that her person would come at 7 PM and if the check was not in the mailbox the grass would not be cut. nice people. In addition our landloard sent them over to weed. when we came home from work we had to walk around with trash bags picking up all the derby they left around and 3-4 days later all the weeds were popping up. we were presented with a bill for $692 for this poor job they did.i would hardly recommend this company. I dismissed them and got another company to cut the lawn as we are moving out on Monday. I also requested a complete reconcilliation from them as I believe we were billed for cuts not done. They sing a nice song, but their service is surely a different song.

  Hired for edging/mulching. Matt & team are professional/courteous, delivered great work at a fair price. Would hire again & recommend to others.
