  Tim and his crew have done a great job on our patio. Wouldn’t hesitate to have them do another project. A job well done that is functional, aesthetically pleasing and has added value to our home.

  Primrose installed our paver walkway for our new home. After 6 months there has been some settlement and cracks that need to be repaired. I contacted back in the beginning of May about scheduling to come out. The lady keeps saying she will trying to get me in the schedule this week every time I try calling. All they do is complain that my house is an hour from them so they keep pushing me back. I asked them to put me in the schedule when there next opening is but they cannot she said. I dont mind if its a month or two out but they said they dont work like that. They are not professional at all.

  Firstly, I saw one of your guy loading their equipment on the truck after completing a landscaping job in the neighborhood. I stopped and asked if he had a card, he said "No" and proceeded to ignore me. When I asked for a phone number to inquire about your services he continued to ignore me while I sat in there for good 5 minutes. I figured it was the color of my skin that prompted his blatantly disregard of my inquiry. Secondly, to make matters worse, when I called to share my experience with the owner, the phone was disconnected as I was speaking to the representative who answered the phone. I attempted again, giving her the benefit of the doubt that perhaps we encountered faulty connections but she was dismissive and not very friendly at all. It was at the point I decide to not continue any further. Lastly, I rated your company based on my interactions with your staff. So please note, my review of your organization was not baseless or senseless , or as you state "fake review". I selected the best descriptor of my interaction with your organization. Additionally, for the record, my number has always been unlisted and blocked since I've had a phone. It was not purposefully blocked for my phone call to your office.

  Cynda - I cannot speak for what occurred onsite at the end of a day's work; however, I can assure you that your assumptions about our company are incorrect. We are happy to speak to anyone about possible services. Even if our schedule does not allow us to take on additional work, we are polite and cordial on the phone. You called the office from a blocked number and asked for the owner's name. You were given his name. You then asked for the name of the girl that answered the phone at the office. She gave you her name. Your call was disconnected, we did not hang up on you. You called back and refused to give out any information on the service you were requesting but simply asked for the owner to call you back. Because the girl at the office tried to get information as to what you were calling about, you simply hung up after saying "Nevermind." I sincerely apologize if you felt that our customer service was not representative of our company; however, you did not give us the opportunity to assist you by providing us with information regarding your request or concern. We get quite a few phone calls every day and unfortunately, the owner is not able to call everybody back especially if he is not aware of what the caller is requesting. You did not give us the chance to take care of you.
