  Our tractor battery gave out during the epic snowstorm of Dec 2020. After what had to be an exhausting day plowing, sanding, and salting, Stephen came and plowed 3 feet of snow from our difficult quarter mile long drive. He also brought a battery pack and an offer to jump our tractor. We had never done business with Pridemark before, so he had no obligation to us. We will definitely be calling on them in the future!

  Used Pridemark several times and price was good. Then the neighbor of mother used them, they went on my mother's property without being home or permission, cutting v we trees. Then when she got home, they ignored her and cut large limbs on her side. She now has no shade in her yard. They took advantage of her due to her age and being alone. She later talked with Stephen and her promised to come talk with her and told me he would help with what he could, but never followed through. He followed the direction of the younger MALE neighbor. So rude and disrespectful. If you want to get in a fight with your neighbors, be disrespected, lied to and have your yard a mess afterwards...these are the guys. Don't worry Stephen will blame the neighbors and his brother if anything goes wrong.

  From the very beginning, when Steve gave us a very reasonable estimate, he was extremely thorough, detailing the process from start to finish. He and his crew were prompt on the day of service and very courteous and professional. We had two huge evergreens and a maple removed. Steve and his crew worked efficiently and safely to get the removal and clean-up done to our satisfaction. A few neighbors even took notice and decided to seek out their services.
