  The business is one you should stay away from at all costs. I was the victim of bait and switch. I hired Prichard to sod my front lawn and to trim some trees on the property. He was told not to do the rear yard which was fenced in. My wife and I had agreed not to do the rear yard because we have dogs who would make a mess if the property were sodded. Without authorization he remove the existing rear lawn. In addition to this work which was not requested, he also removed the curbing around three royal palms at the front of the property in addition to the curbing in the center island. He replaced these after being expressly told not to because of the cost. During the installation of sod his workers broke one fence panel and all four access doors. He tried to blame other people when no one was there. When he asked for payment I told him I was going to deduct the cost of repairing the fence and the fence gates at which point he threatened to remove all the sod and to keep the initial retainer for the work. . At that point I was compelled to call the police who completely agreed with my position. Ultimately we settled for a sum which allowed for the repair of the fence and gate doors. II would not recommend using this man and would caution you to stay away from him. He lies about everything. He told me my wife had agreed to the rear work which she expressly denied. He told me the Landscape people acknowledged breaking the panel which they denied. He wanted to be paid for work he never did. Bad guy bad business dealings.

  I had a guy come out, gave me a pretty good estimate. Something came up on my end and the estimate expired. That's my bad. But when I had them come out again he gave me a slightly higher estimate which I still took. He scheduled me and everything was set. He never showed up and everytime I call the office number the lady answering the phone just says she "will make sure the boss calls me back". This went on for 3 months. Nobody ever came to do the job they accepted.
