Great place to shop, for all type of plants, even fruit plants! And customer service was amazing, they all welcomed us with open arms and smiles. Would def come back next year for spring!

Great place! Great people stuff I need is always there plus more. Preston's is the only place I go for any outdoor planting needs. Staff also knows what they're talking about and can answer any questions that I or you may have in detail

Called to see if they could help install a water feature for our new pool. They said yes and scheduled several appointments for someone to come out and take a look. They either called the day of appt. to cancel or just didn’t show up. After a month of several canceled or no show appts they said they couldn’t do it even though they never saw what I needed done.What? Why would you string someone along for a month just to say we can’t without even seeing what they want done. Very poor customer service. A complete waist of my time!

I like this store it’s nice and they have a good selection of different stuff.  I ordered some “seasoned firewood” the wood that I received was clearly not properly seasoned as the moisture readings of most of the logs were 30 or higher (see photos).  I called to try to rectify the situation and was told that the gentleman I spoke to would contact the supplier and call me back but that he “trusted the supplier” and that he “wasn’t making any money on firewood right now”.  I never received a call back.  I called back again and left a message for the gentleman but I never received a call back.  It was obvious that they weren’t going to rectify the situation after the first call or stand behind their product.  I just would have appreciated at least the courtesy of calling me back.  So unless you want firewood to burn in two years once it’s properly seasoned or a creosote caked fireplace  from soaking wet firewood, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

I thought that 50.00 to 66.00 dollar . Sizes were shorter than I am at 5"2 but it was more the fact that all most all were not priced out and not really anything left out doors to find as far Christmas trees.
