  You just seeded my neighbor's lawn this year and I realize I've been remiss in not calling! Thank you so much. The lawn looks absolutely beautiful!! Pete-you're a genius!!! There are ZERO weeds, it is soft and beautiful. So amazing. We are very glad to be working with you. We went from the worst lawn in the neighborhood to definitely one of the best! We appreciate it!!

  I have been a homeowner for 40 years and never had a worse yard (should not call it a lawn)! Spent $1800 for lawn restoration, extremely dissatisfied with results. Pete advised that we start in the Spring but later said that the fall was really the time. He is the professional, we trusted him. Lawn was dirt and weeds all summer. He denied on the phone it was so bad. Asked him to come to speak to me face to face, many times, he refused. I asked him to knock on the door when he was here for service many times, he never did. They used large machines, little personal care. He said we should pay again in Fall to reseed. I am sorry that we ever got involved with him. Pete is pleasant when selling but has an arrogant and dismissive attitude when we had concerns. We have receipts for treatments on 2 consecutive days in June. The lawn was probably killed by over treatment. We fired him and are going with someone who delivers more personal care and better customer service

  Fall is the best time for seeding in that there is no conflict with weed and crabgrass control. However, it is better to get started sooner than later. It is not unusual for a spring seeding to struggle: crabgrass and weed controls have to be delayed, the new grass is more vulnerable than established grass to disease.... We try to be clear and to set realistic expectations. It is a Two-Step Seeding Program for just this reason, even if the process is started in the fall. It is also common for different treatments to be done by different crews on different days. We are especially sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the customer service. We work hard on this but also have over 40 years of experience and know how critical the second half of the seeding project is.
