  I would like to give this company 0 stars. I feel like Alex has avoided me and I have called and texted him several times. He is good at sending the bill but mowing grass he is not. His employees have taken advantage of the fact that the home is for sale so I let him know that it is vitally important that the grass look good at all times. So my neighbor or took a video and the lawn guys were there for less than 10 minutes. And the weeds are over grown as well as the bushes. I had to hire a new company and they did more in one day than this company has all summer. Please do not get involved with this company.

  Alex has been cutting my lawn for a number of years. Many times I have had to call and ask when they were coming since the grass was exceptionally high, Alex always has an excuse (too hot, too cold, too wet, too dry, totaled truck) and has no problem passing the buck on to his employees rather than taking ownership and correcting the problem. Over the years they have lost 4 remote controls for my electric gate. Sometimes they come and only do a portion of my yard. I cannot continue like this and am going to cancel this service.

  I contacted Alex late summer of 2018 about getting a bid for sod installation and landscaping work at my home in Edwardsville. He was mentioned to my by a local business owner who knew him as a hard working employee who had recently started his own business. This person stated they had no experience with him as a customer just what they saw when he visited their business. He eventually came out to scope the project then eventually provided a competitive bid after several inquiries. I promptly responded to his bid asking when he could start. “2 weeks” was the response. He never came out to do the work in 2018 due to “weather”. In early spring I reached out to him again about getting the work done. He eventually came by around late March early April to refresh his memory on the job. He left saying he was going to get us on his schedule soonest. Here we are in June of 2019 and no response from Alex to my further inquiries. I’m giving one star because that is the minimum allowed. He may be the best landscaper in town (I doubt it) but he never showed up for our project. Alex is not responsive nor is he professional.
