  I love the lawn maintenance. They do a really good job. However, I also have snow removal. I was charged for snow removal on 01/02/2022 and it was not done as of 5:45 pm on that day. I called and emailed when I got my invoice, but have not received any correspondence at this time. I would have given 5 stars if there was timely communication.

  Hey Cyndi I apologize for the delay, being Sunday we typically do not have anyone staffed for responding to customers. You have not been charged anything for the snow removal and our invoicing is sent automatically after a service is completed. I did send email correspondence today to everyone informing we did an ice treatment only due to the type of storm we had and discounted from our typical price. Please reach out to us during typical business hours if you have any further concerns.

  I called Premier Lawn Services for a full property clean-up prior to listing my home & they were able to schedule my service quickly. The crew was pleasant, knowledgeable, & professional. They arrived on time & promptly got to work. After about 3 hours the change to my landscape was amazing! Trees & bushes were nicely trimmed, old mulch removed & replaced with new, lawn neatly mowed and yard tidied with an edger & string trimmer, and seed with fertilizer applied. The crew also carefully cleaned up & disposed of all debris. Thank you for the impressive service and results! I highly recommend Premier Lawn Services to anyone who wants high quality, good service, and reasonable prices!

  They installed a French drain. Very professional and, even with all the mud, very neat. Great customer contact, keeping me updated with weather permitting scheduling and having me check their in-progress work. Great communication by the company to their work team. They understood the how and why. Impressive.
