  Premier snow removal. Cortland NY Starbucks. Snowplow truck driver is knocking the 8ft fence down into my property. This year the fence is caving 16 to 30 feet. I was patient last year but now the company PREMEIR is aware. Premier does lawn care for rental properties next to me; past summers I've had to ask then TELL them to not park their truck/trailers in front of my driveway. Rude & nasty!

  They don't return my phone calls to even get an estimate. Update, they called me and sent estimate by email. They had my email wrong so that's why I didn't hear from them. They were very polite and apologetic.
