  To say I am upset is an understatement. I had hired this family owned business to help me with my yard since it took a hit by the army worms and needed some help. They seemed great at first and very responsive and willing to help. The day they showed up it was raining heavily but they still finished. Later that day I had noticed what appeared to be “rust” looking marks all up and down my walkway and driveway, I figured it had to do with the fertilizer so I confirmed with the gentleman who had done the job and he confirmed it was indeed from the fertilizer and they would make it right. It has been weeks and I am still waiting for someone to come and make my driveway on my brand new home look new again. It looks horrible and makes me feel sick every time I look at it. It seems they have collected the money for the work that was done and now I am having a very difficult time getting this problem corrected. I refuse to let this just go. I love to support small family owned businesses but I should expect better customer service and the ethic to come and do what is right.

  Hello Ashlei. I am so sorry this has happened. And yes, it was our mistake. We are in the process of making it right for you and correcting our error. We have recently been hit with covid and trying safely navigate through this process. We promise to make this right as our Turf Care Manager promised. I’m sorry it’s a bit slower than we want as well.

  Premier is the best landscaping company I've ever worked with. Their rates are excellent as is the customer service. Justin is fantastic to work with! I'm just a dude that can push a lawnmower and they get my yard looking like this

  This is our 3rd year using Premier Landscape & we couldn’t be happier! Our grass has never looked so good!! Justin is extremely knowledgeable, responsive & professional. After applying the fertilizer, he then blows the excess fertilizer off our walkways and driveway. We’ve used 2 other large lawn care companies for our lawn fertilization in the past & this is the 1st company that has ever done that. I appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service!
