  We have used Premier for 4 years. I have always found Justin to be responsive and very professional. Some landscape he installed for us looks beautiful now! He used quality plants, shrubs and trees. His team is great!

  Not sure what happened with the customer whose car was sideswiped in the snow but our experience was thankfully much more positive. Justin Grubb & Premier Landscape performed extensive work on our inclined driveway including grading, culvert upgrades & runoff management controls. Although weather related delays extended the time span of the project, all work was eventually completed as described in the original estimate. Good job!

  Premier Landscape had maintained my family's home in Titus Ridge for several years. They also offered to plow the road when it snowed. On December 10th 2018 we had contacted the owner Justin Grubb several times to plow our road. He never responded to calls or text messages. We decided to attempt to walk to the bottom of the road, where two of our vehicles were parked, so that we may dig them out from under all of the snow. On our way down we heard a tractor coming up the road. The older gentleman stopped and asked if we owned the gold Ford Explorer. It was in fact one of our vehicles. He stated he hit the explorer when attempting to remove snow. When we reached the bottom of our road we saw that the plow had hit the quarter pannel of our vehicle which left a large dent and broken off the molding around the wheel well. The owner of Premier Landscape was in his vehicle at the time. We decided not to involve the law because we felt it was an honest accident and the owner stated he would take care of the repairs. We took the vehicle to Modern Collision in Boone and recieved an estimate that totaled almost $1400. When we told the owner of the cost he requested a copy of the estimate. Modern proceeded to email the estimate to myself and to the owner of Premier Landscape. Since then we have not recieved a response or payment for the damage. No replies to emails, texts, or phone calls from the owner for this incident. Since this has happened the owner has also not responded to the HOA nor the two homeowners whom had been using Premier Landscapes services for years. Premier Landscape has "ghosted" us on our vehicle repairs as well as the contracts for landscaping in Titus Ridge.
