We had always wanted an inground pool & thought it would be impossible with such a small yard. After a consult with Gairad in June 2020 he assured us it was possible & had the plans within a week. From start to finish Gairad, Matt & their crew were very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Sure there were some unforeseen bumps along the way due to material shortages, totally out of their control but they worked through them with us. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result & we can not recommend Premier landscape enough.

GM for pool and landscape design in Easton Point area iof Middletown. Exactly a year later and pool still not completed. Has anyone one seen Garrid Decastro because I sure haven’t. Paid in full $$$ and obviously no intention of completing job. Promised it would be taken care of in the spring of 2021…I gave him one star because I couldn’t give less.

You are absolutely entitled to your own opinion about me and my business, and I respect that. However, I would like to supply some context to this to ensure everyone has the full and accurate narrative. You hired us to design and install a new inground swimming pool and poolscape project after not being able to source another contractor for the project. We installed your project through the pandemic in 2020 working through set backs, delays, and other logistical difficulties thrown at us through that year. You know all about how strange and challenging 2020 was as you also own to local restaurants. The end result was a beautiful custom new inground swimming pool with a built in spa and poolscape space surround. There is no arguing there was a flaw in my design. A piece of bluestone coping that stretched across your built in spa that spills over into your pool actually "bent" after being installed for a while. I absolutely agreed that I would replace it. We finished your project around September 2020, we became busy trying to wrap up a couple other projects before winter hit so I was unable to replace it before the pool was closed and covered for the winter (for 4 months). I ensured you I would replace it in the spring. Spring 2021 rolled around and the pandemic started effecting us more than it had the year before. We were having difficulties getting material and most important there was a large shortage in labor. I was in survival mode trying to get enough work done with the labor I did have to keep the doors open ourselves. I know you can relate as you yourself have had to close your restaurants multiple times and adjust the schedule due to labor shortages. Its an extremely tough time and I know how hard it has been on you and your businesses. "Where I have been". Through all of that above my wife and I have been sitting at your local restaurant almost every single Thursday evening for our date night. Most of those nights seeing you, talking to you, relating to the strange world we live in now. Not once did you stress how upset you were about this piece of spa coping. I did, a couple of times, apologize for how long it was taking me and that I would not forget about you. Then you decided to blast me with multiple negative posts in Instagram this summer. All you had to do was pick up the phone or shoot me an email. I was under the impression that you understood the predicament I was in but judging by the nasty posts, you were not. I responded to your posts professional and I even ended it with "If you would like to discuss options on how we can remedy the piece of bluestone, you know how to professionally get ahold of me. And its not Instagram. Thank you for choosing Premier and I look forward to working towards a resolution with you". I received no response, no call, no text, no email. At that point the ball was in your court to contact me so we can discuss our options. Fast forward a couple of months and here we are. I have still been frequenting your local restaurant multiple times, my office is in the same location, and my phone number has not changed. I haven't seen or heard from you since. Until last evening when my wife and I were walking into your restaurant for our weekly date night. Instead of asking to talk you asked us to leave (10 minutes later you wrote this post). I have never tried to hide from this. We all make mistakes and I was always willing to honor the repair. After the events of yesterday evening and how this has been handled, I have decided to not physically do the repair myself. Instead I will be sending you a $1,500 refund which is generously more than enough for you to hire another contractor to make the repair. I honestly thought another local small business owner would have been able to relate and handle this situation better with me. I wish you all the best and I hope you will continue to enjoy making new memories in your beautiful new poolscape backyard. Take care and be well Bill.

Highly recommend, exceptional customer service and communication skills, design abilities and attention to details. Gairad was a pleasure to work with, a true professional. Also, Will, CC & Josh were highly engaged throughout the entire process to ensure satisfaction. Premier Landscape created an amazing oasis for our family.
