  Went last year for maintenance and they replace everything for a reasonable price. When it finally snowed, my snow blower kept shutting off. I took it to a friend and he told me the auger belt was the wrong size. I called Precision Mower back and they told me I would have pay for another diagnostic because it was a couple of months later; even though I still had the receipt. I decided to order the piece and do it myself. Problem solved.

  Got what I needed,When I needed it,at a fair price. even in a blizzard,they helped push me out of a pile of snow! Greatly appreciate that level of service to a customer! Highly recommend.
