Overall, the work quality has continuously been stellar. The staff is at the right place at the right time and can work very quickly. When I come home, my yard looks fantastic. Conversely, I would suggest including a way to request and schedule services through the online portal versus calling each time which seems tedious, though it still gets the job done. On that note, the customer service agent Kristina Gadiaga is skilled and benevolent, so I hope this assessment is a testament to her and the rest of the team's high caliber of service.

I started using Precision Lawn & Landscape this spring (2020) as a trial run, putting down mulch. I was impressed with the quality of work, all the weeds were removed, they clean up after they were finished, and my yard looked beautiful. Next, someone came by, and I thought something we wrong, and he stated he was quality control. Now, this is a service. I love working with Mr. Nico; his customer service is top-notch. Precision Lawn has done many additional yard jobs to include the recent shutting down of my irrigation system. I highly recommend this company. Excellent service at good value! New garden walls, tree ring and walkways really improve the look of our house. Nico was very helpful and responsive during each phase of the project. The team was on time every day and did a great job on the installation and cleanup.
