  Everything I could have hoped for in lawn care - truly a turn-key solution. Their crew shows up on schedule, swarms the yard like an Indy500 pit crew of mowing, edging, and trimming, are done in a jiffy, and email me an invoice. Always great pricing, responsive customer service, and happy to help with individual projects as requested. Can't recommend them highly enough.

  Jordan and his crew do great work. I recently came home and saw that our street looked amazing. I was really impressed with how clean and neat all of the yards were, and I found out it was because they had done several of the yards as you enter the community. They also did a great job on our lawn - cut, edged, and mulched - all very clean and attractive.

  I had my camper parked at Harbor Point RV Community and this is the lawn crew that Melissa (the manager) hired. This lawn crew had a zero turn lawn mower driver who was driving over the gravel with the blades moving and that gravel hit my SUV windshield and cracked it, broke the glass window in the front of my camper, and put dents in the backside of my camper the first week. The second week I decided to stay at the camper to see who it was damaging my belongings. That week I saw that there was a woman driving the zero turn and she looked to be cold like she didn't want to get off and just weed eat close to the gravel. She drove over the gravel on the backside of my camper again and from the inside of the camper it sounded like bullets hitting. I walked outside to assess the damage afterwards and saw that there were very many new dents. Mind you I have a custom build 1966 vintage camper. This is no cheap fix! I called the office and told Melissa the issue. She sent some man down to speak with me and that man told me he would get the manager of Precision to come out and talk with me. No one came out to speak with me. I was never compensated for damages. I never signed any type of agreement with this lawn crew so responsibility does NOT fall on me. I never agreed to have my property damaged and for my vehicle and camper to both be damaged is ridiculous! Especially this close to winter! And for the manager of this company to not even apologize to me was a new low. ADDED INFORMATION: The owner decided to leave a response that was absolutely ridiculous and here is the response to that. If you read my review you will see that I stated THE FIRST WEEK the window on my camper was broken by this lawn crew, my car window was cracked, and I recieved numerous dents on the backside of my camper. We DO NOT spray paint our vehicles as I have stated this is a custom build. Now if you know anything about metal vehicles then you will know that hits from rocks will look exactly like the ones pictured that I left in my review. A hard enough hit shows original metal, mild hits leave dents but don't always damage paint. Anyone with a vehicle knows this! So NO the repair to window with silicone was NOT made an hour before he arrived in 34 degree weather. The repair to my window was an entire WEEK prior to their return. The SECOND week when I stayed home to see who was damaging my camper is when I notified management! I have since left this establishment and the owner mentioned that he was the last person to mow my lawn but I moved right after the incident with the woman on the lawn mower so there goes another blatant lie!

  I am sorry for the problems you have had with us, but when I came by your camper you were not home. I have pictures of all sides of your camper taken immediately after the complaint. I am always available to come speak with you about the issues you are having with our performance. Please know that our mowers are equipped with chute blockers and the last person to mow around your property was myself. I can assure you i have not broken any windows on your property and the dents on your camper are from a time long before we arrived at the property. All the dents and chips were spray painted and the cracked window had dry silicone on it an hour after we received the complaint in 34 degree weather.
