  I called Prairie View for an estimate for culvert landscaping. It took them 2 months to respond for an estimate. Once they came out to do the estimate and we discussed how job should be completed it took another 3 weeks to receive the final estimate cost. Cody then came out for a final visual and to collect half down. We agreed at that time how the job was going to look. On the day the job started the crew had no clue on what to do so I went out and explained what the agreed on parameters were. The crew then made a call to the estimator Cody. About a half hour later Cody shows up with an attitude and had changed the agreed upon parameters and told me if I didn't like it he would pull his crew and leave. Since I was having an issue getting landscape companies to respond for estimates I did hesitatingly agree to let them proceed with the project. I am disappointed on the attitude of this company and definitely would never recommend. My one mistake was trusting them and I never got the final parameters in writing.

  Never received a call or service visit! Called end of April to have them come out to fix a few sprinkler heads, they were backed up 3-4 weeks (understandable) after 5 weeks never heard from them so I called to be sure I was still on the list? at that time they said I was and apologized for the delay but assured me someone would call when they come out. Well more than 3 months later haven't heard a word. I spent a lot of money with this company and didn't even get a call.
