Dave and Dean in the service department have been so helpful and kind! They are professional and understanding. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be able to continue to maintain my property. I highly recomend these guys and wish I could given them a bonus!!!

Contacted small engine service over a month ago for work on my 420. Was told they were busy and he'd get back to me within a week to a week and a half. I stopped in 2 weeks after my first call (it was at the beginning of the week), was told he would get me in that week or the next. It's been 2 weeks and nothing, no phone call no follow up. My guess, you have to purchase the unit from them to get work performed. Gonna try Monroe JD.
