  I have gotten great service from them. If you are a residential customer needing help during spring / summer, they will get to you but remember they are also servicing a LOT of commerical equipment as well so it can be very busy during the peak times of year. They are very knowledgable and aim to please.

  I have nothing but positive things to say about Power Stroke. William and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable about their products & the service department is outstanding. Pick up and delivery available and done in a timely manner. You won't find better service for all of your outdoor equipment needs. Give them a shot, I promise, you WILL be a repeat customer!!

  owner told my neighbor he’s not accepting cards to dispute charges and only wants cash. Why not accept cards? Seems shady to me
