Went in to buy a lawn mower, got the help we needed & more! Everyone in there was very helpful & very Informative. So we bought an electric trimmer too. Thanks for the great service guys! We will be back to grab some more lawn equipment. Also, prices were affordable & Toro brand are very durable & they last a long time if you keep up with its maintenance.👍🏻👍🏻

I bought an EFCO CHAINSAW from here 3yrs ago, got about 10hrs of use out of it. The 1star isn't for Porters. It's for the PIECE OF S**T EFCO JUNK they sell...DO NOT BUY EFCO EQUIPMENT and expect it to be dependable !!

If you are looking to buy Toro products the gentleman who does most of the sales is amazing.  However if you are looking to have your equipment serviced don't bother, unless you are okay with double the estimated time they tell you.  They've had my lawnmower for 4 weeks now, I was told less than 3 when I dropped it off.  Whenever I call to inquire about when I might get it back the woman I talk to is rude and clearly doesn't like talking to people on the phone.

Called to schedule a pick up and diagnosis of my rider end of March. (It was running but not as well as it could've been) Finally picked up mid-April and told should take 2-3 weeks. Called numerous times with nothing but excuses that it had not even been looked at yet. 5 weeks later had them deliver it back to me unrepaired!! Gentleman I spoke with had every excuse in the book from no good help, too busy, CoVid and smugly said that when they finally decide to close the business, "You people of Janesville will be fit to be tied because there won't be anywhere else to go!" This is a rather arrogant attitude toward the ones who made you who you are in my opinion. A poorly run business maximizing their profits at the expense of their customers with excuses. Busy? Hire more help. Can't keep good help? Pay a good wage. Above all else, be grateful and appreciate your customers.

They were very helpful and gave us a lot of information without being pushy about a sale.

13 years ago, I bought a Tprp snowblower there. It goes in every 2 pr 3 years for an oil change and yune up. The snowblower has been working like a charm.

Bought a power washer from Lowe's a couple months back, recently it started leaking and spraying water every where. I called up 3 different locations near Rockford that would charge me upward of 40 dollars just to inspect it. I called this place up and they said don't worry about paying until we figure out what's wrong first. So I brought it in, had the issue identified and fixed within the hour. They said it was minor enough that'll they do it on the house! I was not expecting this, plus they also gave great advice on handling and care of the pressure washer. If you wanna buy any  equipment you put gas in, take the time and go to one of these shops instead of big box stores. Trust me, the hassle to getting something fixed will be significantly minimized.

If you are looking for summer or winter, lawn, garden, snow removal or any other product for your property coupled with a knowledgeable, friendly staff in the sales, parts or service this is the store to go to.
